Fundraising Event Clearance Form


Instructions for completing the Fundraising Event Clearance Form

  1. Please refer to the official university Fundraising Event Policy before completing the clearance form. The policy can be found at http://policies.depaul.edu/.
  2. Print the clearance form, complete it and send it to the Vice President for Development in the Office of Advancement. You can e-mail or fax the form. Further detail is included on the top of the clearance form.
  3. If you have any questions about the clearance form or conducting fundraising events, please contact the Director of Gift Processing at 312-362-8666.
  4. If your fundraising event is approved by the Vice President for Development, you will need to submit a list of invitees to the Office of Advancement. Please refer to the policy for details.
